JD has been investing in real estate for over a decade and currently holds over $3 million in investment property. He focuses on creating wealth through real estate investing for himself and his clients. With experience in holding long-term rental property, short-term fix-and-flips, commercial real estate investing, and a range of other real estate investment strategies, JD is an experienced guide.
For over twenty years, JD built a business in the automotive industry as a manager, trainer, and owner. He was a Certified Master Dealer, conference speaker, and served on the Board of Directors for Colorado’s Independent Auto Dealers Association.
As a graduate of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Counselor Training, JD loves helping people learn about finances and investing. He has passed the Series 65 exam and worked as a local Investment Advisor Representative.
A perpetual student, JD has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies. During his time in seminary, he served as the Director of Communications to the seminary president. He is currently attending Harvard Business School, pursuing his second Master’s Degree, majoring in business management.
An avid reader, JD loves to read everything from business literature to classical fiction and sci-fi. He can often be found at a local book store or coffee shop with a book in hand. Married for over 15 years, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their two children.
