Chaparral Point at Indigo Ranch is located on the east edge of Colorado Springs, right on the corner of Stetson Hills Blvd and Marksheffel Road. The homes are brightly-colored, traditional style homes with front porches and alley access to the garages. Most homes have a courtyard area right outside the front door, and are bordered by charming picket fences. (They had me at the fences!)

I really love the brightly colored houses and the layout of the homes with the parks. I like the idea of alley access to the garages, though I do wonder if parking can be tricky when you have a few guests over. The major drawback is that these homes don’t have basements, so you miss out on some square footage that other neighborhoods have.
